As an art student, (long ago) it was common to draw in the parks. One night after a party we werewalking past such a park, which was always locked up after dusk & we wondered what it was liketo see it in the dark, so we climbed over a fence and found the wonders of moonlight in a purplesky over the parkland. Sadly we were soon discovered by the Park Rangers and were given agood telling off and escorted out. When I recently began this work I was pursuing that experienceand the mystery, awe and admiration for the moon & its sense of romance
